Whose rickshaw is it anyway?
This bicycle carriage is always parked on 2nd Avenue at 21st Street.
It's gone during the day, but every night it returns to its streetpost parking spot. I've never seen it out and about, I have no idea who drives it, but I always chuckle when I walk by it. I wonder if I'll ever find out who the owner is?
