Yes. That's a four pound bag of shredded mozzarella that expired several weeks ago. Now I'm sure it wouldn't kill anyone but it's something I would expect to find in Grandma's fridge, not the grocery store.

I'm one of those expiration date freaks. Foods, beverages, medications, I check the date before consuming just about everything. Which is why I was fairly surprised when I found this at Costco today.
Yes. That's a four pound bag of shredded mozzarella that expired several weeks ago. Now I'm sure it wouldn't kill anyone but it's something I would expect to find in Grandma's fridge, not the grocery store.
