Cigar man

Now that smoking has been banned in most buildings in NYC, I wonder what the chances are that there could be an ordinance banning it from the streets, too?


While walking between offices this afternoon, this dude was walking down the street in front of me, smoking a cigar, and I swear I nearly passed out from the smell! Although I guess that's not too likely to happen on public property, or is it?
